Cdk5在突触可塑性和学习记忆中的作用

摘要:
细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶5(Cdk5)属于脯氨酸限定性丝/苏氨酸(Ser/Thr)细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶的家族成员.尽管Cdk5与其它家族成员有高度同源性,但它并不依赖细胞周期素,也不调节细胞周期,只有当它与激活剂p35、p39、p25或p29结合时才会表现出激酶活性.
