精神分裂症的分子遗传学研究进展

摘要:
精神分裂症在一般人群中的患病率约1%.在同卵双生子或父母双方均为精神分裂症的子女中患病率上升到40%~50%.较一般人群高40多倍;推算该病的遗传度约为80%,即遗传因素(80%)比环境因素(20%)在疾病发生过程中起更大作用[1].
